WHY A PERSONAL TRAINER?

There are personal reasons for everyone to start working with a personal trainer. It can help you with the discipline to train regularly and provide guidance in achieving goals such as weight loss or improving fitness. CAN I MEET MY PERSONAL TRAINER FIRST?
Absolutely! We believe that having a good connection is important. We are convinced that the best results are achieved when there is a good rapport between us. That's why we always start with a non-committal intake conversation to get to know each other and determine if your goals are realistic and achievable.
HOW OFTEN DO I TRAIN WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?
We can determine together how often we train together per week. We provide you with the tools to train on your own as well. Most of our clients train together 1 to 2 times per week.
HOW DOES A PERSONAL TRAINER TRAIN?
It is not possible to determine in advance how a personal trainer will train you. It can vary between strength training, cardio, or conditioning, depending on the goals you want to achieve. Your training with a personal trainer will be tailored specifically to your goals.
IS THERE ALSO GUIDANCE WITH MY NUTRITION?

With the Djoesfit nutriplan we will create a personalized nutrition plan for you. We assess your current dietary habits and make achievable adjustments accordingly. We teach you how to have a healthy relationship with food. With regular weigh-ins, we can always make adjustments to your nutrition plan if necessary.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF PERSONAL TRAINING?
We use punch cards for the personal training sessions. There are punch cards available for 10 and 20 sessions. You can get in touch with us to purchase a punch card.
HOW DOES CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT WORK?
The appointment with your personal trainer should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this by phone or via WhatsApp.
If you cancel the appointment too late, the session will be forfeited and charged. We have to be strict about this because we reserve a dedicated time slot specifically for you.
